  MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE
Membership recruitment and retention plays a critical role in the overall success of our chapter. This committee provides general information to newcomers within the chapter and gets them plugged in to the appropriate network(s). Additionally, the Membership Committee is charged with illustrating the value received through membership. Several annual membership events are held throughout the year to show the benefits of SMPS to all new prospective members. Membership is all about creating new relationships and having them last in order to build a stronger chapter for SMPS. If you are looking to get connected quickly with other SMPS members, want to develop member/employee retention skills, and love to spearhead social events, you are meant for Membership.
